DESCRIPTION FOR FITNESS

MOTR® is core fitness roller with an arm unit that can be attached to the end, on each end of the arm is a variable resistance module. It is able to hold a person standing, walking, kneeling, or laying on it. The combination of a rounded surface and variable weight in the straps makes the MOTR® a great tool for balance training, core control and core training, alignment, aerobic conditioning, and functional movement patterns to be trained. It can be used with senior citizens with balance issue to professional athletes who want to experience an intense workout.

Due to the MOTR®s portability and ease of storage, MOTR® certification is useful for instructors who do one-on-one training in a traditional studio setting as well as training at a client's home. MOTR® is also great for teaching group classes in a pilates or yoga studio. MOTR® also excellent for teaching group exercise classes where music is utilized in a fitness facility or gym.


Core Conditioning is a certified Balanced Body training facility, offering MOTR® training for individuals with a good background in movement, such as accredited Pilates instructors, personal trainers and physical therapists.
