Allyson L. Cabot is a co-owner of Core Conditioning. Since 1998 she has worked to develop educational programs for health care professionals integrating Pilates and rehabilitation. This has evolved into Educating Rehabilitation Professionals in various neuromuscular rehabilitative interventions including Redcord/ Neurac, CoreAlign and specialty workshops.  She has been practicing physical therapy since 1991 and is certified in Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Redcord®, Neurac, and Corealign®. Allyson holds a B.S. in Physical Therapy from CSULB, a B.S. in Kinesiology from UCLA. She brings to her practice a unique background in mind-body fitness, drawing upon much of her own personal experiences in sports and fitness. Allyson practices Visceral and CranioSacral Therapy in addition to her diverse background in manual orthopedics, women's health and neurological rehabilitation. She has been a member of the APTA since 1991.
