Violet Alvarado

TRAINER

Violet Alvarado is a professional Salsa dancer.  She credits her training in Pilates for winning 3 salsa world championship titles. It was during her dance training years that she discovered her passion for physical rehabilitation. She got her Pilates Certification in 2009 through Physical Mind Institute and decided to pursue a career in Physical therapy. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science, from California State University Northridge. She joined Core Conditioning in 2016 following her passion working with patients as a Physical Therapy Aide and Pilates instructor. Her training includes Pregnancy Pilates, Redcord®, and CoreAlign®.
