Tara Scott has been with Core Conditioning since the beginning.  She began her movement education as a Class 1 National Gymnast and then moved onto being a Professional Modern Dancer, dancing in the United States and Vancouver, Canada.  Her journey then took her back to Texas where she owned a dance studio for 6 years.

Upon returning to California to perform again she also pursued her love of Pilates.  She continues to teach Pilates while also being a practitioner, researcher, and educator of natural healing.  She works in the realm of nutrition, movement, and touch, bringing them together for comprehensive sessions.
