I’ve been a nurse for the past seven years, and through the physical demands of healthcare, I discovered firsthand how transformative Pilates can be. After struggling with back pain and learning the importance of proper body mechanics, Pilates became a huge part of improving both my strength and overall well-being. That experience inspired me to pursue comprehensive training through Balanced Body so I could help others experience the same benefits through science-based movement.

I’m passionate about creating an encouraging, welcoming environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered in their movement journey. I love connecting with people, watching clients grow stronger and more confident, and helping them build sustainable movement patterns that carry into everyday life. I’m so excited to be part of this community and can’t wait to move with you in class!
