Andrea is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student and Kinesiology – Exercise Science graduate who has extensive knowledge about body mechanics, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Adding individuality to the exercise program, even in a group class, is one of her main focus. Her first training with Pilates was about 17 years ago at an continuing education congress in Brazil when she completely feel in love with it and has been practicing ever since. She got her complete training through Mind & Body and has been working with fitness clients as well as rehabilitation for the past 5 years. Her experience with martial arts and dance was greatly improved by the introduction of Pilates as a part of her work out routine and she believes she can do the same for her clients, improving their quality of life through Pilates and exercise in general.
