Lexi has been a dancer her entire life - she fell I love with performing and has been on stage since she was 3. Growing up in the competition dance world Lexi spent her childhood in the studio training. With the beautiful art of dance comes many injuries, which is where she was introduced to Pilates at the young age of 15. From her personal rehab experiences she found a passion and dedication to Pilates training that matches her love of dance. After moving to Los Angeles in 2014 she started working at Core Conditioning where she was able to grow her knowledge and love for personal training. She completed her comprehensive Balanced Body Pilates Training in 2016 and officially started her teaching career. Lexi truly enjoys the challenge of compiling a strong and safe training regimen for each client's individual needs while helping them to build a relationship with exercise and their bodies. Learning to listen to ones body and develop coordination is a large key to maintaining a happy and healthy life. She enjoys every opportunity to spread the of joy of Pilates.
