Pilates
You may have read about Pilates in a magazine or heard about it from a friend. But Pilates is more than just a unique fitness method. It's a proven exercise philosophy dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. Developed by German-born Joseph Pilates, this method integrates the abdominals, lower back and hips to improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance and muscular symmetry. By combining a series of controlled movements with spring-resistant apparatus and Mat exercises, clients can significantly improve their strength, muscle tone and flexibility. Pilates is also proven as a highly valuable rehabilitation tool used to achieve excellent alignment and stabilization of the body. Pilates privates, duos, and group classes available.

The fundamentals of Gyrotonic® consist of movements that exercise the musculature while mobilizing and articulating the joints. The uniqueness of the system is that it simultaneously stretches and strengthens the body with minimal effort while increasing range of motion and developing coordination.
